The First Step: Find the REALTOR® That is Right For You!

Find the REALTOR® that is passionate about helping you find that home that fits your needs.
Make sure they understand what it is that you are looking for in a home and the time frame you have in which to find a home.
Do they have your best interest at heart?
Do the hours they work, work for you? Not all REALTORS® work the same.
What type of representation will they be giving you – are they representing you as a Buyer or a Seller?
What are their market strategies for marketing your home?
What are their fees and what do they include?

What do they charge you, the buyer, to work with you, and what does that include?
What is the plan to keep in touch during the search, offer and throughout the transaction?

Will they complete a Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) to help you determine the price you should offer on your home purchase?
What do you need to do to prepare your home for sale?

Do you need to De-Clutter? What does this mean, and why should you bother?
Do you need to Stage your home? Home staging is important. Why?

Does the REALTOR® utilize a Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) with detailed information about your home to determine what price it may bring on the open market? Or how do they determine price?
Will they attend the “closing” to assist with any potential problems that might arise?
