Randy Weiher

Randy was born and raised in the Wadena/Verndale area of Minnesota. Randy learned his first steps of his building career from his father who owned a contracting business. He followed in his father’s footsteps and went on to build homes and businesses, which has become his lifelong career and passion. He later expanded his career to include Real Estate when he received his license in 2001.
Randy enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and working at promoting his ideas relating to his passions.
Berni Halaas
CEO, REALTOR®
Berni grew up on a farm in rural Wadena. She graduated from Century College upon completion of the Interior Design & Sales Program, and later returned to school and graduated with a BA in Business Management, and minor in Economics and Psychology, from Augsburg College in 1994 as a nontraditional student. Berni stepped into the Real Estate arena in 1987 when she began working in the mortgage industry. She was licensed as a REALTOR® in 1988 and worked in the Minnetonka and West Metro areas of Minneapolis. Berni also owns Interiors by Berni where she combines both of her passions for Real Estate and Interior Design.
Berni and Randy love helping others and enjoy their family, which includes four adult children and five fantastic grandchildren.
Ione Vierzba

Ione supported her passion for building and improving her hometown community of St Cloud by volunteering as a camp counselor, Girl Scout Co-Leader, and through her leadership positions at Head Start/Reach-Up. She finds architecture interesting and loves helping people, so she decided to put her two passions together and embark on a journey in real estate. Ione has a high standard of dedication. She feels every client deserves special consideration and attention, and with the wealth of knowledge and experience her team can provide, she will give you sound advice and help you understand the journey of purchasing your dream home or cabin.
Sharon Wilson
Marketing/Admin Coordinator
Organization and leadership skills come easily to Sharon who grew up on a farm in Greenwald and is the oldest of eight children. She graduated with an Administrative diploma from the St Cloud Business College. Sharon brings administrative experience and real estate knowledge to our team. In addition to understanding the papertrail requirements of the real estate transaction, she has experience in the field as a real estate salesperson. Sharon is responsible for overseeing the behind-the-scene needs of our office and maintains our website and social media presence. At home, Sharon is an avid flower gardener. She and her husband, John, also enjoy traveling, reading, and golf.
